ABOUT ME

Being a longtime competitive dancer, I transitioned to practicing yoga in 2018. I completely fell in love with the combination of movement with meditation, thus leading to my yoga teacher training journey in 2020. I have a passion for everything health and wellness, especially building the mind, body, spirit connection. I studied Neuroscience at the University of Michigan and am an aspiring integrative medicine physician. When I am not teaching yoga or studying medicine, I love snowboarding, practicing taekwando, and traveling!
