Stretch, Balance, and Flow with me!

This is a 1 -hour yoga class meant for all types of yoga practitioners. We will begin and end with light stretching as well as work on building the breath. The class is centered around 2 main flows that involve grounding, stretching, and balancing postures. Variations of these poses are constantly cued so that beginners and advanced yogis alike can find their optimal practice.
